The cutting edge of in vivo therapy manufacturing

With our 12,000 sq. ft. GMP-compliant manufacturing facility, we have years of experience manufacturing vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV), lentiviral and measles-based therapies, and have dosed over 200 patients with Vyriad-manufactured drugs in phase 1 and 2 trials. Our manufacturing experts are at the forefront of developing manufacturing processes for intravenously delivered in vivo therapies that minimize impurities and deliver potent drugs to patients.
